r sounds like this i hear the undertones of the air. like a very heavy underwater pressured waterflow. "bvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv" very werid but i lowkey feel afraid wgenerver i try this. i can remember also seeing an eye like this red one on the wall but my father never saw it. he was even touching it. and it didnt go away. eventually its iris got flames in it. like an actusl astral flight me with my 6 years old couldnt comprehend any of this. eventually it went away after i got a pact with my "mother"? because she went inside my room with a black candle that was lighted... She did a ritual on me and i was dragged into the air from my bed by a ripped brown coat looked deteriorated that coat.. i had to go back to sleep after that she said. i woke up and i asked my mom if she had been with me that past night. but she couldnt remember doing any of that...
