As an Akashic record reader who has died (documented on my channel ) twice I can confirm this info. It is not triggers that create our emotional reactions, it is a combination of free will, impulse control and mindfulness. To manifest creating a deliberate reality we must learn to be thermostats not thermometers. These are very similar yet expansively different. Problems are portals to higher consciousness. The way we react creates our reality, not the ppl in our reality and how they behave. If someone else behaves in a way that isn’t in alignment with your souls resonance simply opt out by shifting your focus to something or someone else. Attention goes where energy flows. If someone is being narcissistic and they have your attention, they keep you ruminating on why they do what they do and they will always see you as a supply of energy they do not give to themselves. Beneath the narcissistic model are archonic parasites that fed on painful human emotions rooted in fear. The less energy you allow them to access from you will starve them and they will slowly dissipate from being the center of your reality… even if you live or work together. 3D,4D,5D isn’t a location, it’s en elevation, a vibration that determines what we experience. By using this advice, the ability to control your emotional reactions will lead to nu harmonic attractions. Your magnetic resonance will increase which is a detox to lower frequency energies.

No no no I don't agree. Aside from ego's effect on human's minds, the concept of polarity is true, there's God & there's evil, hell & heaven!! Whoever is narrating this, needs to remember that this is an esoteric subject that most lay people are not familiar with. Instead of plain language too many terms are being used without simplifying them. The most important thing is the technique which is entirely missing. Examples given would help people grasp this subject better and prevent it from being treated as fluff or mumbo-jumbo.. as it seems to surf on the borderline of religion and so called quantum physics. I feel like this is a very intuitive book. There have been times in life where you achieve exactly what you want and there was a certain alignment in your actions and overall energy towards a particular end. It usually manifests itself but you can’t quite put your finger on what exactly you did right. This reality transsufing book articulates this concept perfectly. Amazing

I find this video to throw and connect a lot of seemingly interestng words/terms in a non-functional, non-explanatory way, which seems to me to lure people into mysticism, which by its definition is endless. Take this for instance "The quality of emotions". There is no quality to emotions. That is an invalid statement. One can pay attention to emotions or not,learn to understand their origin (the mind executing functions) and thereby gain insights. Let's be assertive here: What would be a low quality emotion? Hate, jealousy? That isn't a low quality emotion, that is just the messager, it is a high entropy state of the mind to be jealous or hateful. The emotion itself does not need to change in any way. Just feel it as purely as you can, and learn from that. Change the origin of that emotion, the mind, reprogram it. I hope the creator of this video meant to say "Low entropy mental states" instead of assessing qualities of emotions. As assessing qualities of emotion is the same as assessing the quality of light of an out of focus photo. The light is just a medium for the information. Better learn how to focus the camera nenxt time when taking a picture (analog to what to execute in the mind next time) instead of assessing the quality of the light (analog for assessing the quality of emotions).
When making videos like this, be sure to not confuse people more. Or perhaps that keeps them shrouded in mystery? There must be something I can buy somewhere that the creator of this video benefits from, no?
