This is great! Thanks so much.
ОтветитьYour video was such a life saver! I have this project for my photography class and it's usually very hard for me to follow along with the professor. This was perfect for the light editing I'm trying to do.
ОтветитьHello Sean. Great stuff. Could I ask you where you print your books? Cheers.
ОтветитьI usually use LR is this editing a raw file? Im curious what amount of data you can play with?
ОтветитьTEACH, SEAN, TEACH! Great editing tips for Portraits for various skin tones THANK YOU!
ОтветитьSean, a big fan of your work. Thanks for putting together videos that are easy to follow. One of my biggest problems with not making progress (other than ADHD), is that I feel like retouching is so overwhelming to learn. There is a daunting number of steps if I go to see many folks' tutorials. Thanks for keeping this simple, and I love the fact that the results look so natural !!
ОтветитьSean, thank you very much for this series. It's very helpful and you are a great trainer....
ОтветитьSean! Wow, your videos are an amazing resource. The experience and expertise that you're handing out like this is unbelievable. Holy moly superman. Thank you so much. In a literal sense this is a free master class on portrait work. Thank you so much. Can't say that enough.
ОтветитьThanks Sean! This will help me immensely!
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьReally great tutorial. Thanks for taking the time to make it! Always appreciate the genuineness of your channel and work. Many thanks!
Ответить☕️👍
ОтветитьHi Sean Im late to see this and likewise I have been diverted on product photography and motion work and been itching to get back to portrait photography work and only recently restarted this side. i havent made money from portrait work but I would like to change that as I love working with people creating new looks for them and being part of their journey whether an actor, model, musician performer Im just retarting my portrait/fashion/conept side again - would love a workshop if you put one together im based London Pimlico maybe not too far away!
ОтветитьI thought the longer videos were cool, however these bite sized pieces are quite nice. You know how to use, and when to use the instruments in the tool palette and not go overboard with the subject you're working on.
Thank you for this series 🤗.
Thank you for posting this. I do have a question: could you elaborate more on why you prefer this over frequency separation? I have tried this method here, frequency separation, and some sort of high pass method. I found working with frequency separation to be easy given a light touch, but find your method more approachable and easy to build up. I’m at a loss when I am trying to find a tried and true method with skin editing. Thanks!
ОтветитьVery much regret that your church didn’t recognize and affirm your gifts, but so very grateful that you live in our world right now.just sayin….
ОтветитьThank you for this lesson. Well done, nice and simple for people like me!
I have your latest picture book (V) and your Meaning in the Making book too.
I have suggested that book during a members zoom call with the KelbyOne Community group.
Once again thank you.
Hi Sean, may I know what model of Wacom tablet you use?
ОтветитьYour Headshot and Dramatic Portraits videos were key in my having a clear workflow and after many attempts finally get a grip on Photoshop. Thank you so much. Excited about the series!!!
ОтветитьExcellent info. Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you Sean! Very kind to share to us
ОтветитьWow, I never know just use blank layer and brush can make a natural softening skin. Thanks for sharing Sean
ОтветитьYou da man Sean!
ОтветитьPlease next Editing part ! Sean this video was gr8
ОтветитьExcellent method and advice ! I'll try it.
ОтветитьHi Sean. I haven't watched your vids for a while and hopping back onto your channel was wonderful. I really love your delivery and content too. So authentic and calming to watch. Great work buddy!
Haha. Paused the vid to write that - now back to your retouch!
Nice tutorial! Thanks!!!
ОтветитьThis channel is like a photo school - free knowledge 😎👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
ОтветитьAlthough I've been wanting to update my retouching style. This is very similar to how I edit; using a blank layer for skin. I use frequency separation, and I'd like to use D&B more often.
I like your natural style; it takes practice and some "overdoing" to know when to stop
I'd like to to get back to portraits as well in 2022 Sean. Covid-19 lockdowns from 2020 still have me out of sync
Fantastic! Thank you!
Ответитьthanks a lot for creating this series
ОтветитьLess is more :)
ОтветитьPlease do one other the apple iPhone since most everyone has a $1000 camera in their pocket ... thank you
ОтветитьThis is very similar to how I retouch. Although I did pick up a few helpful tips here. Happy to see someone else uses this method. I always assumed I was doing it some weird way. Never been able to get a nice natural look with frequency separation and I haven't got the patience to do dodge and burn retouching.
ОтветитьDon’t forget fly away hairs!
ОтветитьLooks good!
ОтветитьThank you for this video. Love the actual realism, which makes people look truly beautiful.
ОтветитьThis is a nice tutorial, my question is, was this a RAW file or jpeg?
ОтветитьGreat!
ОтветитьThanks Sean, I look forward to the rest in this series. I watched your older content which really helped me and although I douse frequency separation, I will def try out this method - should make the file sizes a bit smaller too? Hope your enjoying the North, you're spoilt for scenic woodlands with Simon baxter - love his work too. All the best.
ОтветитьEven though I found my own way of retouching I still love to see different methods!
Ответить👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿Bravo
ОтветитьThank you for sharing all this material. Looking forward to this series.
ОтветитьThis was good!
ОтветитьVery helpful tips and tricks! Did you use a 50mm lens for this shot?
ОтветитьYeeeeeeassss please 💯💯💯🙏🙏
ОтветитьThank you 🙏
ОтветитьThanks a lot for such a contribution .
ОтветитьToneh is awesome
