Dave Ball on guitar, RIP.
ОтветитьI remember always being pissed off at these types of visual effects. I didn't need some TV producer to provide with a faux psychedelic experience. I wanted to see the band! Fortunately this seems like it fell out of favor.
ОтветитьIt's hard to realize that they're all dead now except Chris Copping.
ОтветитьI had the opportunity to see PH Aug 1971 at an all day outdoor festival with 11 other bands for the outrageous cost of 5 dollars! Part of the lineup included Alice Cooper, Chuck Barry, Brownsville Station, and Ted Nugent's Amboy Dukes! I was toasted and still able to drive back to Pittsburgh PA. Great day😵💫
ОтветитьWILSON,UNA MARAVILLA CON LA BATERÍA.
ОтветитьAINDA COM ROBIN TROWER.
ОтветитьIs that a Fender Bass VI...?
ОтветитьThe organist playing guitar
ОтветитьTravesty since BJ is the best. Procol generally ignored despite obvious superiority in most ways.
ОтветитьOne can only imagine what Zeppelin would've sounded with BJ Wilson instead of Bonzo. Thank God we got to hear both Zep & Procol Harum.
ОтветитьAt least the t.v. director let us some seconds to see the great Barrie Wilson clearly.
ОтветитьNow, THAT guy had an original style.
ОтветитьGuitar-master Leo Kottke covered this song on his lp "Chewing Pine," and did a marvelous job.
ОтветитьAlways have LOVED this song!
ОтветитьDrummer BJ Wilson turned down an invite to be in Led Zeppelin when they formed
ОтветитьEver watch Rocky Horror with Meatloaf and say "this is damn good drums for a 70's movie musical" it was this guy B.J. Wilson
ОтветитьIt's 2022 and I'm just finding out great drummer B.J.Wilson had passed away in1990.He was only 43.Very sad.His death preceded Mitch mitchel. Cozy powell.Ginger baker. Neal peart.charlie watts.
EVANGELIST ROGER MANSOUR
FORMER LESLIE WEST DRUMMER
Rest in Peace & Love, Gary Brooker.
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьI'm a drummer. I consider myself a good drummer. I don't know what the hell is going on with the cowbell!
Ответитьthank you for beat club! i never saw anything like this on american tv!
ОтветитьThey sound a bit like Steve Winwood & Traffic here to me. Never heard the song before, but I like it. What great drum work! It's yet another PH classic!
ОтветитьNossa. Meu coração está muito entristecido com essa notícia. Essa voz marcou minha vida. R.I.P. (19.02.2022) Gary Brooker. I Love You. I Love Procol Harum. Forever😭😭😭
ОтветитьProcol Harum is a song for the ages but that doesn't mean they didn't have other great moments.....like this beauty. RIP.
ОтветитьLose the blue hue!
ОтветитьThanks and cheers to the band for a great live performance and to all the techies who made this great video and archived it.
ОтветитьGenius.
ОтветитьI like BJ Wilson
ОтветитьI miss B.J.
ОтветитьMY FIRST LIVE SHOW WAS PROCOL HARUM AT THE FILLMORE EAST 1968.THEY WERE GREAT.
ОтветитьI always looked for someone on the side playing the cow bell. It was all B.J. Wilson. A true force of a drummer.
ОтветитьYet another great Procol Harum song. That's a pretty intricate cowbell part by B J Wilson. I like the backing vocals on this one.
ОтветитьKickin song. How in God’s name are they not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?
ОтветитьNorth London Boys :)
ОтветитьB.J. Wilson, drums - Great!!! Excepcional. Inimitable!
ОтветитьSo glad all of you appreciate this incredible Band...
ОтветитьGreat sound
ОтветитьWhy do I see a hole in BJ Wilson's head (see profile) ?!?
ОтветитьProg Rock is a healer 💙💙💙
ОтветитьPeace Love and Old School of Rock 💙♥️❤️
Ответитьgreat band Procol Harum
ОтветитьCan anybody identify the players? Gary Brooker is on lead vocals and piano, and my guesses for the others are Chris Copping on bass and B.J. Wilson on drums. I have no idea who the lead guitarist is. The guy on rhythm hereover
ОтветитьHe’s just about the best drummer in ANY BAND!!
ОтветитьRuddy marvelous!
ОтветитьBJ Wilson, great percussion on this track!
ОтветитьPROCOL HARUM !le talent !
ОтветитьProcol Harum is Rock'and'Roll
