I think 15 sec is the ideal .
Your workouts are real good but the lack of rest makes it unable to focus on the upcoming move because of muscle fatigue from the previous exercise.
Not everyday you feel like doing a workout with sets of 10 sec of rest.
No issues with the performing time.
But resting between the sets is equally imp .
Secondly you dont mention the fluctuations or variations between the workout in the beginning of the video. Which mostly makes it confusing.

Ответитьhonestly was drench after but I wonder if thats cuz how intense this workout was or that I haven't worked out that much lol overall this workout was surprisingly fun to do with variety and had my own bg music playing. I reccomend this one whoever is debating on doing it and now I am giving my word that its worth it because you are.

ОтветитьThis workout was waaaaaaay too hard for me. Too many burpees, too much jumping. I just watched the video when she did them one armed burpees. Like sis, no way am I doing all that. Props to those who made it through cause I wanted to cry this whole workout 😭😭
