ОтветитьI just finished this morning walk. Good start to the day. I have been having a lot of back and hip pain so a visit to my chiro was done yesterday so that was a rest day for me. Today, I will also look up some hip exercises and do some dedicated stretches. It is a snow day here on the West Coast of Canada. This after about a week of deep freeze temperatures. Once this starts to warm up over next couple of days we will be back to our good old rain.

ОтветитьWhen I found you a few weeks ago I started the work out (hot dog stand0 from 3 years ago. Today I thought the time is ripe to move on. I really enjoyed this mornings work out although my arms would not do what I wanted them to, it was very funny! Thank you and your Mummy for making a big change in my life.

I am traveling and given the winter weather conditions it is not safe to be outside to walk, these videos are a gift and I really enjoy them... have done several of them so far and plan to walk through all of them with you. Most programs are way too hard, but yours she loves! She can't follow completely, but she's moving, and having fun, and sometimes laughing at the banter between you and your Mom. They take her from tired and wanting a nap, to bright eyed and energetic! Thank you for making videos that are accessible for all, and especially for your encouragement to viewers, which really helps!

ОтветитьHi April and Aiko. I have to agree with Aiko. It is good to be vertical! My grandson was kind enough to give me his head cold. Still, I needed movement, so I did this great 10 minute workout and perhaps later I'll repeat it.
