Actually at first look its a very beautiful house but not really practical at all..we have a townhouse in London same layout .. down stairs kitchen and garage and upstairs living room ...its too much stairs all day ...if you have to drink even a water ..you have to go downstairs to get water...and if I'm working in the kitchen my children prefer sitting in the living room ..so i can't keep an eye on them....we are planning to convert our garage into living room down stairs...

but no sitting room in ist floor

So much space wasted on the stairwell, and every time you want to eat or grab a drink you have to go downstairs. Not a great design. And tiny garage, is hardly worth it for that location

The interior looks expensive, but the material are not actually that expensive. Porcelain tiles and laminate (not even real wood!) are not particularly expensive. But hey, good stuff to think about for one's own property ;)

That's a garage? For what, bikes? At any rate the home is predictably rather stark and ultra modern but I like it better than some of the other mews conversions I've seen.

A lovely house in theory - but I don't understand the obsession with glass walls. There's no privacy at all. Everything is see-through - which might explain why Summer is walking around in a dress that leaves nothing to the imagination and draws all attention away from the property she's trying to show. Also, in most other videos I see the presenters - rightly - walking around in socks. Why the heels?
