That's booting from usb, not sdcard. Booting from sdcard port is bootable sdcard

You can if you have Linux. Most distros work fine on USB drives, sd cards, memory sticks etc.

Hello sir i have Windows CE 6.0 installed on a microsd card and i want to boot it on my pc
Whenever i plug my card reader with the microsd inside it, my pc doesnt’t see it, but if i use a different microsd it works.
My pc just cant do anything with that specific microsd
If i plug it while i am in bios my pc freezes until i take it out
Any help/suggestions please?

I install Windows from SD cards. You just need Rufus since the media creator doesn't do SD. You will either need to go to the boot menu or make USB storage the first boot option. I have installed Windows 10 in far under an hour (not including all those pesky updates that take forever). On some older computers USB boot is not possible and that is kinda sad really. I don't install Windows on the card, just install from it. Once you do the first restart during setup you don't need it again, just keep it near incase the computer wants a file from it for some reason (it is rare but it happens)

Also keep in mind that a modern USB flash drive will generally be much faster than an SD card.

I once booted Windows 7 Beta Installer from a Sony Memory stick inside of a PSP.. very janky, but It was the only thing large enough that I had to hand at the time. The PSP memory card was older "spare" one, not the one I had actual game data on.

Also. There are some hardware intended for the Retro Market that simulate older IDE Disks that makes a SD card pretends to be that PC's HDD or Floppy disks. But them this probably the only way to get the old hardware to physically connect to a SD Card.
