1 point per gem look very reasonable, you get 2k points per level 21 so i can do 16k points per day (4x per faction two faction) so to whale me you need to spend 100's of dolars.

So I have been thinking about all of this cvc tourneys, they are in my opinion genius about all this. They are likely having the top 1k clans test the clan v clan some people think this is a bad thing for smaller clans falling behind but how the match making sounds like it works it will help smaller clans in the long run not have to be against a top 1k clan and on top of that people that have things like thousands of rare books will likely use a good chunk of them the first cvc because you are more likely going to be up against others that have thousands of rare books.
Also the great hall points favor the lower spenders/ free to play if you think about it because the whales are more likely not going to have anything to upgrade in the great hall.
I know it wont be that good but I am hopeful for it, in my opinion it all depends on how good the matchmaking is

Like we need a bigger reason to farm spider... easily my fastest stage 20 farm and it's the best silver farm in the game

The arena points seem pretty busted. I currently farm G4 and I'm grabbing lvl 9 great hall in ACC, HP, and DEF atm so the points are in my favor but they are still busted for the majority of people. I guess we'll have to see the point caps.

I think a normal clan dont really care about this that much. If you win, you win. If you have a F2P that is not very active, there are even bigger reasons to kick him from the clan.

they "force" us to do what more or less we are already doing at our own pace. They want to make more money by "pushing" "whales" to spend more and more and they say this is new content. If i recall correctly they said that if there is huge difference in points accumulated when the tournament ends the losing clan gets no rewards. That's about it.

So PLARIUM is realeasing the Clan system but only to a few clans.... with REAL rewards.... so the Clans NOT chosen fall father behind. Nice one Plarium! More points for a new champ will make it easier for new, free to play or low spenders to compete

i dunno why i should build nightmare campaign farmer when with 8 energy i get 20 point and NM i get 40 point for 16 energy

My clan plans to just play normally and over time we will lose our way down to the other clans doing the same while the whale clans face off against each other every week. It’ll basically be free rewards for us doing what we’d be doing anyways.

The 1 point per gem would be irrelevant. For 1000 gems think how many runs you could do on spider.

1 point per gem is really nothing. just buy one energy refill and do spider and those 40 are nothing compared to the points from spider. Or buy a 3v3 refill and get 10k points if you are in gold. all the numbers are so high that gems spent barely matters.

Odd that there's nothing there about level 20+ dungeons. So, to get new champs, every clan creates a dummy account, where they all contribute to buy shards and get totally new champs all the time, right?

This is the dumbest update. Having to stockpile medals / resources and wait until clan tournaments to cash in is such a bad mechanic, especially with how they already work the tournament system. I feel like most clans are just going to ignore this and do whatever they are doing anyways.

Spending gems - nothing. For 40 gems I can run 8 times spiders den and get 800 points. I means that 40 point for gems is so little

The wale clans will battle at the top, and the f2p clans will meat at the bottom. No problem there =)

It was my understanding each of these sections would have "caps" on the points that could be gained from the clan in each area. A lot of this depends on if those caps exist and what they are. With no caps this would be 100% who can spend the most. If the caps are reasonable then its probably a solid clan could reach the various caps with zero additional spend, just doing some of these things they would have done on other days, and doing them during the match. Probably the other major issue not discussed in addition to caps would be the duration of the match, which will have an enormous impact on how much people could even spend during a match. On a side note the gem spend seems much better than expected, especially if its capped, compared to other rewards its pretty low.

All this feels really disheartening. I don't find myself excited enough after seeing the way it will work. This looks like a non stop spending fest with no actual enjoyment. 🥺😔

Prediction, clan vs clan will be a failure just like 3v3 arena.

The "Get New Champions" makes no sense, it penalizes those with already lots of champions. Same with the great hall upgrade one, since I have my great hall maxed, so I can't get points there.

This whole thing is just getting whales to spend without actually delivering anything new its just a copy paste of the existing tournaments. It would be nice if raid actually focused more on providing more enjoyable content.

This is where it may become important to be in a clan that shares your "values" in spending... if you don't want to whale out... a clan that also feels same will make.things less whale like... its in plariums best interest to put whales vs whales as that will be biggest bang for their buck... and remember they have said its one clan vs just one other clan... their will be plenty of not whale matches.

10 points per gold bar meaning 1320 points in gold 1 for every series i win? Sounds pretty crazy

Why can’t I use gold and Silver medals mixed together to level up my Great Hall they just made leveling up the great Hall a million times harder

Regarding the Great Hall points. That certainly sucks for those Players that allready maxed it out or are close to max. However, this could be mitigated by other point incomes that are more targeted at "whales" (like the Gems for example) and where F2Ps would be at a disadvantage.

They could theoretically balance this out in a way that everybody can participate.

Knowing Paylarium I will not hold my Breath but lets wait for the first Tests and maybe even the first live tournaments and see how this plays out. If they are willing to listen and are actively and timely correcting eventual "faults", then this could become a good addition to the game.

they need to let us do something with gold medals after maxing GH. I'm nearing 10k now, and I only do 12 fights a day for 3* clan activity

Another very important missing factor i think is time. If one rotation is a month people are more likely to whale out each time then when its weekly. Considering CB chest I don't think daily is in the mix.

More people waiting for removing bots from arena then this clan vs clan pve money scam.
