Ngl the vsco era showed up around 2017/2018 and I feel like they should have used the 2010-2013 style to represent the 2010s bc that style lasted wayyy longer like yk the side parts and the longer shirts n such plus it was a cute lil quirky era. I feel like the vsco look they chose more accurate represents the end of the 2010's and start of 2020.

I was a little bit of Tomboyish during the 1980’s. When I was a teenager that I wore polo shirts with jeans. Sometimes a t-shirt with jeans. I did wear pink a little bit.

Big baggy t shirts weren't really something i saw many teenagers wear in the 2010s. High wasted shorts and skinny jeans paired with a high messy bun, crop tops with chokers would be more accurate.

The 40s looked 50s and the 80s looked 90s

I was a teenager in the 90s and i don't remember anyone dressing like that back then. The more prevalent 90s style was more grunge--bulldog shoes, Doc Martens, baby tees, plaid skirts, chokers, tiny backpacks, and neon. Think Empire Records or Dazed and Confused.
