Maganda ang techniques na ginamit nya. By the book. If you know culinary, maintindihan mo ba’t ganun ung title nya. Sautéing, searing, deglazing, braising and reduction. Hindi nya basta basta lng nilahat mga ingredients.

Pag nagluto po ako ng adobo,
Pag ang gamit kong meat ay shoulder ang daming lumalabas sa meat na kulo po ba tawag don o blood ng meat po ba, hindi po kasi maganda ang presentation ng adobo ko. Hingi po ako ng advice kung papano ang dapat gawin.

Mas okay kung pinamantika muna ang baboy bago lagay ang ibang sangkap gaya ng bawang
para hindi ito masunog at para mabawasan mo din ang oil kasi napakaraming oil ng liempo at masama yan sa health kaya nga hindi ako nag lalagay ng cooking oil pag liempo kasi pag pinamantika mo yan napakarami tlagang oil.

ang pinaka d'best talaga sa pagluto ng adobo ay unang pakuluan sa tubig ang baboy hanggang matuyot dahil kusang mag mamantika yun tapos dun mo igigisa siya sa garlic at sibuyas tapos pag gisa tsaka mo na timplahan ng tuyo at suka paminta at asukal ang last part para manamis namis.. yan ang totoong pagluto ng adobo.. malambot na crunchy pa.. 😂😂😂

Ok na sana Kaso parang Hindi traditional Yan KC ang common adobo walang patis.dapat bawang sibuyas paminta bay leaf.toyo suka at msg.ok din my asukal pang balance Ng lasa.ikaw lang po Nakita ko na ngluto Ng adobo na walang sibuyas 😅

Ganyan magluto kapag Indonesian. Kailan pa naging 6 minutes ang pagluto ng meat. Hindi naman talaga kinakain ang hayop kasi pinagmumulan ng maraming sakit. Galing sa muslim countries ang pagkain ng hayop.
