I practice in the medical field so I can say a lot. Not about the diet, that's fine, but about how people are apparently triggered by anything now.

ОтветитьI want y’all to know….this is HARDLY A DEFICIT. Most ALL average women only need >1500 cals a day. It can look different than this but you don’t NEED more calories. Your body doesn’t. It needs BALANCED proteins and vitamins.

ОтветитьI literally always eat 1500 or even less than some days, and I am always FULL. I don’t even eat that healthy tbh. I have McDonald’s latte everyday (a large). Boiled eggs, turkey bacon and berries for breakfast. Quinoa and chicken for lunch. My dinner varies but it’s usually some kind of Hispanic food. I eat out at least once a week. The key is to drink A LOT of water. I drink 85oz a day. It keeps you full. 1500 looks different for every body. You don’t have to make it miserable. Portion control, letting yourself still eat what you crave, and drinking water is key. I also still have lots of energy to go to the gym 5 or 6 days out of the week and I have a toddler at home too! Lol
