Fernan, thanks for the great join 101 video. I’ve watched a few of these and this is the clearest walk through I’ve seen. Do you have a similar video that discusses how to compare two files with the same data model? In other words, how to find matching records, distinct records, not matching records in two similarly formatted tables with different records. I can’t seem to figure out how to do this type of compare with power query.

How to use left outer join with just getting the first match only? Please note that source table has duplicate employee name (e.g 1. Active and Terminate 2. Both Terminate with different Termination date)

Oh tabular editor makes it easy to see codes if the formula ends up being so long.
