Recognizing there is differences in female and male thinking to justify pay gaps is absurd. Yes, women and men have different ways of thinking. Using that to draw the conclusion that one is better than the other is it's on bias and absurd.

Men should be angry women are not paid the same.. because they eventually they will ONLY hire women since they are ''cheaper'.. so men will soon be unnecessary for most things. I am a woman, I grew up with a mum always told me "work is more important than caring for children, get a degree, get a career" I got a degree in nursing and loved caring for people until I didn't so I went back to University and got a degree in Conservation Biology and I now care for and rehabilitate habitat 😂😂😂😂.

Ahh the boys vs girls debate, My Highschool one class had boys v girls throwing paper balls for points 5 from the back of the room. The girls would beat the boys early on 20-5 lead by throwing mid range, one girl trying and missing the 5pt. Every single guy went for a longshot, with 20-1 odds we were close to losing. It only took a few damn good men to land their shots for us to lead in the end. Lesson I learned that day, men will try harder, fail harder, try again, and win with the help of the few good men. So fair enough in the end

well but you can't tell whether it's due to biology or social factors, men might have better awareness maybe because of hormones but maybe because they play more video games where they train spacial orientation, or maybe parents buy them lego more often, it doesn't have to be genetic,

what we do know that there is much, much, much more overlap than there is difference, so we shoud never expect or assume anything about a person based on their sex

Maybe there are slight differences in male and female brains. But if a woman can get hired to do a job, clearly that means the employer thought she could do that job just as well or better than ANY of the men who applied. Therefore, she should be paid the exact amount that a man would have been paid.
