How to setup Multiple PHP versions on Apache using FastCGI

If i want to remove this php 5.6, how can i do that ?

Nope, I didn't get it. I''m using xampp 4.8 and it has php 7.2 but my drupal backup needs php 7.1 , it is creating error in 7.2. It is pain to reinstall whole xampp cause it will clear everything which is pain to restore every time. and im seeing different apps recommending different php version. Searching for how to downgrade or use multiple php, cause I've seen a yt video where 10-15 php versions are listed in radio button in phpmyadmin, The person just select the php and load it, restart xampp.

what is limit of versions that can be installed on apache? is there a limit ? can we install 3-5 different versions?
