How to Fix Spotify Lyrics Not Working/Showing

Duh, still it won't show the lyrics directly through the spotify app.
My assumption is their rights for using lyrics might have been expired with some labels/artists.
Indian/hindi songs won't have any issues with lyrics
I have encountered issues with many western english music (only a few of them have lyrics)

But in my Spotify ioffline mode is not available
