Dont bother listening to this frequency it will end up opening doors to other creather if you know what am talking about ...maybe not at first but definitely you will start to see visions in you sleep and it will end up getting you so depressed

in the beginning it makes you annoyed. almost to the point you want to turn it off. until you feel the vibration through your phone and put it on areas of your body that are sore. pretty intense. its not just for listening you have to literally apply it on your body. just realized that 😂

Frequency is the answer to life

I haven't done any research yet on this as I've only found out about this not even 1 hour ago. But I listened to barely 5 minutes of the 440 hz and it didn't feel very good. Which makes me think about most of the music I have been listening to. But this 432 hz feels natural. Praise Yah for this frequency.

the more i listened the more strong it got. i could feel my heartbeat pounding and my body rocking back and forth involuntarily. my mind finally felt clear. all i could focus on was the frequency surrounding my brain.
