I came across this about 20min. Ago just perfect timing I got a whopping headache going on blaaah 😔😬🤕☠💩 I have arthritis in my neck back from every time I've fallen going into an seizure collapsing on the floor it's not fun I just took an pain killer for the pain should help but I always wacth asmr ever night I start out with gentle whispering asmr then next your videos Last but not least jocie b asmr ty for this video again you are an angel so comforting

This is a video I have played for others when they had a headache and I wanted to help them. Once I mimicked your movements on a friend - using a jade roller at the same time you did. I know sometimes with severe migraines it can be so painful that we forget some of the things that we can do to help ourselves. Videos like this can remind us of some ideas for self-care and can gently help us through those activities one by one.
