To copy the layers you can simply select them all and then drag and drop them onto the new canvas, so you don't have to copy them one by one
ОтветитьThank you! Not everyone has other apps to do the switch :)
ОтветитьHi, when I work on procreate in RGB and then export it THE COLORs look plane and as if it doesn’t have profundity… how can I fix that? And thanks … on the iPad looks good but on the phone or computer the colors look bad
ОтветитьVery useful info from you. Thank you! Unfortunately, I will have to repaint a large part of it in a CMYK canvas, as I used a colour gradient with watercolours. At least I can use the outline from the RGB canvas.
ОтветитьThank you so much❤you really help me ❤
ОтветитьThis was so informative and described in such a kind way, thank you
ОтветитьJust the information I needed since I accidently made CYMK for printing and now I learned I needed RGB for Fine Art Prints, will watch the brighten up dull files after this one, Thank you !!!!!
ОтветитьI’ve just tried it using ‘copy canvass’ under wrench and add and then paste into a new CMYK canvass. Does this do the same thing?
Ответитьthis is super slow, you realize you can grab all your layers by selecting them all and dragging it to the new file in ur gallyer
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing your insights
Ответитьif i change it from rgb to cmyk, is it really cmyk?i read somewhere that cmyk of procreate is not really cmyk😢
ОтветитьEasy and fast to follow! THANKS 😊
ОтветитьThank you. Is there a way to fix the colors to look more like the RGB version? I don’t like the CMYK version of my art at all, but that’s what my printer uses…
ОтветитьThank you so much!!!!!!👍👏🫶
ОтветитьThank you so much!❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьHi I don’t know when this tutorial was made, maybe it’s from a previous version of Procreate, but Can’t you just go into the tools and under add click “copy Canvas” it copies everything you have showing in one layer and doesn’t flatten your original layers, then go back to the gallery and make a canvas the same size but with CMYK then go back under tools under add and hit paste? That’s how I’ve been doing it, it usually totally changes the colors unfortunately cuz I like using bright jewel colors, so I’m guessing it’s fully converting it to CMYK colors. Is there
ОтветитьThank you for the useful information 🌻
ОтветитьI followed all the steps and when I insert the photo in the cmyk canvas, it looks all pixeled
ОтветитьThank you so much for this helpful video. I have just created a children's book and the designer created all the images in RGB instead of CMYK. I have a question: she sent me all the Procreate files, if I copy them over layer by layer is the quality likely to be better than if I simply export is as a .psd and upload it? It's very important to me that the colours of the printed book are bright and not washed out. She's not really helping me so I would really appreciate your help with this as this is a very important project.
Ответитьis there no way to get a cmyk file to be less dull?? like what if someone's art is brighter and more colorful and when printed as cmyk, it is totally dull and muted? i mean can the hsb adjustment be done in a cmyk procreate canvas so it resembles the more vibrant colorful rgb art?
ОтветитьThank you for the concise tutorial, but i have a problem: I converted my RGB file into CMYK with the method you showed; I copied every single layer and then exported the image as PNG and airdropped it on my mac; however, when I click the i-Symbol for the image on the mac, it still says 'colour profil RGB' :( What am I doing wrong, am I the only one with this problem?
Also, when I export it as a PSD, it's still dull; is that normal? Will the print I intend to make come out like the PSD? Thanks to anyone for reading the whole thing
Can I duplicate my RBG, flatten the duplicate and paste it to a CMYK canvas?
ОтветитьI used terracotta color in my procreate art in RGB profile and in print the terracotta color totally changed it turns brown color and it's so dull. What should I do to fix it. thanks
ОтветитьEven after changing the color profile, the colors are muted when I save them..even more so when I send it to my phone. I changed the canvas size and dpi
ОтветитьCan you "PREVIEW" CMYK while working in RGB (in Procreate)?
ОтветитьGreat tutorial! Thank you for throwing this together.
ОтветитьExcellent information. Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you for this. Can you explain the other options to select in cmyk? Is the one you selected the best for prints?
ОтветитьI wanna make my designs in to sticker they coome out really dull in RGB so was told to do it in CMYK but that look dull too. any ideas how i can keep them looking nice and not dull.
ОтветитьThank you🙌🏾
