You are the first YTuber that has accurately described this idiot Agnifilo, starting with his first comments regarding Combs' bail hearing.

As former federal LE, where I spent 5 1/2+ years as a Long Term(deep) Undercover Operative, involved in child exploitation/ child endangerment along with human trafficking investigations, I was stunned with Agnifilo's comments as he came off like one of those "1-800-Call-Me" jerk-offs that play on late night cable in every city in America.

Second, the dumbest comment that Agnifilo made was when he stated that Combs was going to testify in his defense. One, based just on what has been disclosed thus far, I would keep him as far away from the witness stand as possible. Second, even if you do plan on putting your client on the stand, you DO NOT say do in the public space!!! In that public space are the eventual twelve(12) individuals that will judge him if he goes to trial, and regardless of the judge's instructions to them, if they read that Combs WILL testify, then he DOES NOT, again, no matter the judge's instructions that you are NOT to consider that decision in weighing Combs' innocence or guilt, that is fine and not a single juror would admit publicly to being influenced, though in an "unofficial" survey conducted by the federal gov't five(5) years post trial/verdict in 75 of their cases, where 77%+ stated that their opinion of the defendant was affected negatively by the defendant NOT testifying when his/her attorney stated that they would testify.

Regarding his third bite at the bail apple🍎, THE RESULTS WILL BE THE SAME. First, I have NEVER seen a defendant get bail when their first two attempts failed.
