This is already modded, though. The vanilla Bethesda vampires faces are gaunt and fugly, and bat-like. The noses, especially, look like they were chopped off.

It seems that you use mods. In vanilla Skyrim they look different. Why do women faces look so smooth? You should make men the same at least! Men must be more beautiful than women, just like it is in real life.
