and then you have halfsword which hasn't been developed for ten years that seems way better already with much better gore and while the combat looks weird it still looks and feels better than this lol.

This is why your channel is amazing always showing love and giving insight to cool new games. Saw their trailer the other day and had so many questions for the devs and what their story was to get where their at. I'm glad someone like you exists to give these small games that our niche community is into more light and pull back the curtain on these devs! you should def do more small dev interviews!

Just wanted to say I love your channel and what you do, I've been watching your channel for at least 4-5 years and you have never failed to showcase really cool and special games (often helping me find out about exciting games, like this, leaden sky, or blood trail, etc)

Only thing that bothers me is the sword clipping through the one wielding the blade , looks promising other than that .

Kingdom Come with this Combat would have been awesome

I remember watching an AI system “train” characters how to fight and walk. It would be interesting if a game like this could implement this to the AI in some form

Physics based? What are you talking about hahahahah. Look at those character movements. Motion Capture does thousand times better job than this puppet show.

The mix of gooffyness and historical accuracy and realism makes it just perfect!

The developer is just amazing! Such multi-tasking and talent is really inspiring!

The concept of the game is really cool and I already wishlisted it on Steam. Hopefully it make Taleworlds nervous to have some competition and they start to innovate more. That said the movement definitely needs work. The characters fighting reminds me of QWOP lol

I love the fact that these physics games are getting so popular, and even more when they come from indie or tiny studios that are really dedicated to their products. For the people who hype with kinstrife, we have half sword free demo, exanima or hellish quart. These are the ones i know and play, if someone know any other good games of this kind im happy to hear abt it (English is not my main language srry)

Many animations and in general the combat style reminds me a lot of Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

Id rather have exactly same game like bannerlord but with coop. These devs said they like mount and blade and are inspired by it. But the missing gem in MB was always lack of coop. A lot of people want game like MB but with coop. These devs now said they will make a game like mount and blade but it will still be single player. I'm like WTF?? Seriously? I mean what even is the point of making such a game if its single player. We have bannerlord already. If they said Kinstrife will be coop then it would be my most wishlisted game of all time. But now I feel I'm getting another average game.

Kinstrife devs wake up and make it coop already before its too late.

Excited to get another physics based combat game, almost feels like the half way in perspective between the first person of kingdom come and the unlocked camera isometric style of Exanima

Bro I’m very excited for this game but I have 3 things I’d like to request from the devs. 1 big map open world with castles and towns 2. Larger scale battles with formations like a real medieval military 3. Dialogue 🥂
