ОтветитьProfessor Huberman would you consider doing a session on how different rooms/dwelling spaces affect the brain? ( & trigger task specific circuits)
Be it for work or leisure
Great breakdown
ОтветитьI really love your podcast Andrew but you say "Huberman" at the beginning of every episode way too much :D Jokes a side though your content is very good - thank you
ОтветитьThis content is praiseworthy. I read a similar book that was a real game changer for me. "Dominating Your Clock: Strategies for Professional and Personal Success" by Anthony Rivers
ОтветитьHow can your brain contains that much information thats crazy
ОтветитьHey Dr Huberman, I just want to say thank you.
Firstly, these episodes are helping me so much to improve my mental and physical wellbeing. The information helps me to understand why the suggestions you offer are effective, while being broad enough to cover my particular situation.
Secondly, you are restoring my faith in science in both its effectiveness to both understand reality and in offering science backed interventions.
These episodes are amazing, keep doing what you are doing.

ОтветитьThis content is remarkably impactful. A book I read with related themes revolutionized my perspective. "Unlocking the Brain's Full Potential" by Alexander Sterling
ОтветитьDear Professor Andrew,
Very interesting talk on sleep. My suggestion to you professor is that 10 minutes of talk is lucrative, 15 minutes would be lucid and more than 25 minutes would be lousy. Hence, plan to give small topics within 15 minutes. I am a professor of Biotechnology. I studied Neurophysiology.
That is the reason , I had a good appreciation for your neurobehavioural approaches to improve the attitude of people for a better global society. Your accent, vocabulary and pronounciation and voice are all well suited even for our Indians to follow.
Wishing you blessings
ОтветитьI am a 12hr night shift worker. I battle with flipping my schedule back to days and then back to nights. Help us as there are many whose employment requires them to sleep days. Thankyou Andrew
Ответитьexplain why someone would lose their discs between their spinal vertabrea. Thruout my whole spine my discs have shriveled up and now very painfull with pinching of nerves from spinal cord and is there anything that can be done to regenerate
ОтветитьAndrew I’m addicted to your podcasts.
Will you please share information about narcolepsy? Reports say narcolepsy is fairly rare however, many people go undiagnosed or are misdiagnosed. Having narcolepsy invades every facet of life. Never fully awake and never fully asleep.
Many of us have physical and mental comorbidities as a result. Not to mention complex grief.
The effects of stimulant treatment for narcolepsy has its own challenges.
I have two sisters also diagnosed with narcolepsy.
What do you think?
❤️💖🙏❤️💖
ОтветитьWhat supplement brand does Dr. Huberman recommend for the 600 mg of Garlic?
ОтветитьKratom (Mitragyna). A study and an episode on this herbs effect is in need.

ОтветитьTOOL KIT 6 - SEROTONIN & the impact of Gratitude for augmenting the levels of Sertonin naturally in our bodies, and specifically your comments about the relative importance (higher) of RECEIVING Gratitude vs giving gratitude (lower). QUESTION: what is your source of information for this ? May I please have the STUDY (peer-reviewed I would imagine) for this ?

ОтветитьMost of us are strongly choline deficient, especially those not consuming meat and eggs. It thus is hard to believe for me that consuming the RDA of choline every day in the form of alpha GPC will have anything but positive effects, unless you already consume a lot of choline.
ОтветитьAny recommendations on books to read about neuroplasity?
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing your knowledge☺️

ОтветитьI live in the Pacific Northwest where sunlight is largely gone 3 months of the year. Is there a created light that you would recommend for the 20 minutes of daylight you suggested?
ОтветитьI just did the intense deep inhale to calm exhale for 25 reps like he said in the video, while driving, and holy shit I’ve never taken hard drugs before but that must be what it’s like(the good feeling of the drug only tho lol). I feel pumped up… basically adrenaline rush like he said it was right, huge increase in dopamine. It was very short lived but if it’s something done in the morning to help get you going, or to help you step out of the car when you arrive to the gym, etc… then it’s very useful
