OP is LARPing. Probably fake Russian accent lol working out with dumbbells only make you strong enough to lift. If you actually want to be strong enough to defend yourself, climb walls, get big, etc. then you need more equipment.

Steps:
1. Get a bag of chips.
2. Get a pillow.
3. Lay on bed.
4. Turn on TV.
5. Relax.
Do this 4 times per week.
Congratulations, now your previously maxed out dumbbells are effective again. :p

I'd say, this builds fundamental strength. If you start with this program, and are a shy person, you may gain some much needed confidence to move into a gym or something similar.

Just fixed the video, I'll document my results here.
18/01/2024 - Today is day one, managed to do all of training A. I'm using two dumbbells 4kg each. Currently 85,05 kg (I have a scale at home). I don't workout previously in a long while (more than a year, except for occasionaly doing one exercise here and there)
19/01/2024 - Day two, finished the whole thing in 1 hour 30 minutes give or take. Couldn't find an elevated place to do the pushups so instead I did crunches by raising both legs with belly up on ground. Also switched things places a bit, otherwise I would die before I could finish the set lol. Drank almost 1L of water (I usually drink this much throughout the day). I feel hurt everywhere, but it feels good. I'm 174cm, and after training, I weighted 84,65kg. I imagine the extra kilo went away as sweat or something? Idk.
21/01/2024 - My father has passed yesterday. I'll not be able to train in any capacity today. Maybe tomorrow.
25/01/2024 - Workout A - 84.35kg
26/01/2024 - Workout B - 83.40kg, again switched pushup with crunches

I have a question though. I have been doing RDL but the weights I have are not challenging anymore, to the point where I am doing high reps and getting exhausted by cardio first 😂. What can I do to make the exercise harder?

10 exercises per workout is quite a lot isn't it ? if you would do one excercise for about 10-15 min. its about 2 hours. Doesn't seem like it would be productive at the end.

If you get all your pillows and make a pile then fold up your duvet place on top now you have a bench just place it at the edge of your bed it’s slightly incline also !!!

Loved the video! I just have one question. How do you decide the weight of the dumbells you should get? I'm relatively strong in certain areas (like biceps, chest and legs) and lower lbs dumbells don't do it for me for most muscle groups. But others I really struggle to even do 10 lbs (like shoulder). Since dumbells are not exactly the cheapest things around, do you any recommendations on what to get to start out?
