Almost every vendor sells addictol. Chem resistant kinda a waste.
ОтветитьMe at level 40 with none if these perks in survival lol
Ответитьarmorer is really good as ballistic weave pretty much has to be self crafted and I make it to protect all of my settlers
ОтветитьMe with 10 luck and 10 charisma
Hehe yeah boi
Me whenever I use the chem jet (creates one of the custom sub versions buffjet)
ОтветитьFor you chems skills review, I literally NEVER use chems I just forget they exist and I get on just fine, so I end up with hundreds of them come late game😂
ОтветитьI dislike scrapper big time.
Ответитьarmorer for max ballistic weave. Thats the only reason I get all four ranks.
ОтветитьGrim Reapers Sprint is better than critical banker, given you have critical banker. When maxed you have a 35% chance to refill your AP and critical meter. So essentially if you can kill about 3 enemies per AP bar in vats you win
ОтветитьMy character had level 3 intelligence but he had idiot savant exp every where
Ответить1000th Comment
ОтветитьWere gun nut
ОтветитьWhere is Idiot savant? Best xp gaining perk in the game
ОтветитьWhat weapon is that?

1 (tied). Idiot Savant (Rank 2 or 3…if you don’t mind the full minute of 3x XP after the x5)
1 (tied): Strong Back (Rank 4)…enough said.
Honorable Mentions:
- Mister Sandman, Ninja, and Pickpocket to go with Sneak
- Inspirational IF you’re going for 10 CHR and prefer certain companions
- Lone Wanderer + Attack Dog IF you don’t like companions other than Dogmeat
- VANS (Rank 2) for +2 Perception to further improve 10 PER w/ Apparel (Hats + Eyeglasses + certain clothes) + Legendary Armor Pieces (Sharp/ Champion’s Right Arm) and Perception Bobblehead for nearly 20 PER!!!
- Blitz + Ninja + Blacksmith + [Unarmed/Melee Weapon Damage Perk(s)] to Max Out your potential damage without using ammo!!!
- Scrapper (Rank 3) to triple the amount of stuff scrapped at Workbenches and Workshops
- Party Guy/Gal (Rank 3) and Chemist (Rank 3) to get the best of both worlds [Hint: you can always Quicksave to prevent yourself from becoming addicted w/o Chem Resistant…but not Double or TRIPLE a Chem’s Effects!]
Really late to comment but where is the location he is lock picking at ?
ОтветитьIn fallout nv I keep drugs in my inv just in case I need it, never use it
ОтветитьI'm interested in higher XP, max SPECIAL, and higher damage. Caps and chems are basically infinite as it is, and perks are too precious imo. I'm no survival mode player tho. Just play Very Hard. I think Action Boy/Girl is def better than Grim reaper, but one can find a "Relentless" weapon. I enjoy Gung Fu v Mirelurk queens, hermit crabs, target 3 hatchlings then Queen on 4 for as many free Crits as AP allows. Otherwise Gung Fu is dissappointing, too hard to set up usually. Blitz is where its at tho
Ответитьbasher paired well with my silver shroud character
ОтветитьRifleman. If you have it ranked up past level 2, with certain weapons, it’s like playing the game on easy mode.
ОтветитьSome perks do not work correctly. I have the fast reload perk maxed out but it only works about 50% of the time.
ОтветитьVynil...... IT IS TIME TO GO BACK TO FALLOUT.... CHAAAAAAARGE!!!!!
Ответитьbetter criticals perk is must have perk in any fallout game, i would put it at top 3 for sure no really not to have it.
ОтветитьNo ninja+blitz? Way better than sandman
ОтветитьTalks about lock picking while in a room that requires a master terminal
ОтветитьWith the scrounger Park you actually can get DLC ammo I've had it happen to me multiple times although I am using the latest update for the game
ОтветитьEven tho i unlock blocksmith but i still can’t open novice lock
ОтветитьHonestly, I think it'd be easier to make a list of perks that AREN'T worth getting. It seems like a lot of perks in this game are usually worth unlocking—which is a good thing.
But some perks I would definitely add to your list would be:
1 -- Rifleman (PER 2). Non-automatic weapons are the best weapon type in this game imo.
2 -- Life Giver (END 3). Especially at rank 3, you'll never have to use stimpaks again.
3 -- Lone Wanderer (CHR 3). If you're gonna go about your playthrough with no companions, this perk is a 100% must have. 30% dmg resistance, 25% dmg increase, and +100 carry weight at rank 3? Hell yes.
4 -- Local Leader (CHR 6). The ultimate convenience perk. If you're not into settlements, skip this one. But even if you're gonna dip your toe into them, you NEED this perk, otherwise this game will turn into an absolute grind-fest.
5 -- Medic (INT 2). For obvious reasons.
6 -- Gun Nut (INT 3). You mention Science! being an important perk for crafting weapons, but Gun Nut is even more important imo.
7 -- Idiot Savant (LCK 5). This is quite honestly the best perk in the game and no one can convince me otherwise. Even if your INT is at 1 or 10, it's worth taking. Yeah, the stereotypical "DURRRR" sounds can be a bit much, but I think it's hilarious.
8 -- Better Criticals, Critical Banker, Grim Reaper's Sprint, and Four Leaf Clover (LCK 6, LCK 7, LCK 8, and LCK 9). You mentioned one of these perks already, but if you truly wanna just be broken and OP, having all of these perks are gonna be what you want. I ran all of these in a playthrough once and it's beyond stupid how strong they are when maxed out and used together.
For gameplay and going down rabbit holes, both lock pick and hacking are very nice to have. But not needed. As nearly all locked boxes, chests, safes all have just general stuff you pick up everywhere anyway. I see hacking as more important to get into and out of areas that require you hack to open a door. Me, I hate having to go back to open a chest or open a door. So I end up leveing these both regardless. I dont play survival mode cause I prefer game play over having to sleep and drink and eat. So chemist is moot to me. You find more then enough meet and stims to stay alive. Although scrapper is handy, there is enough stuff to find in the game that you dont really need it. Not to mention stuff respawns and you can just go back to areas to find more junk. I find that the local leader perk is much more effective. Once you can build a general shop, you can just buy any components you need. Aside from a few high priced gear pieces, you dont use your money anyways. So might as well build shops in settlements. Not to mention, the better the shop the more caps they can generate. Science you can wait on a bit till you need it to start upgrading stuff. I dont use power armor and almost strictly use ballistic weapons. So I let this perk sit for awhile. As for the other perks chosen, not in agreement with much either. I mean nearly all perks are beneficial and nice to have but from the start I want to do more damage and have better defense. So I will focus on those perks mainly and put extra points into things like lockpick and hack. I take the water breathing perk early cause its beyond helpful. I put points into core stats (special) so that when I do need to grab a perk, I dont have to worry about leveling them to get it.
ОтветитьIdiot Savant even with a 6 points in your intelligence it's totally worth it to multiply you exp once in awhile by 5.
ОтветитьLet’s talk about the fact that he completely decimated some one’s life and body while explaining chemist and chem resistant
ОтветитьIght its 2022 you don’t need armorer once you get you first courser uniform youre good… even without that railroad weaver upgrade
ОтветитьMe over six years after the release of Fallout 4: Yeah, pretty crazy alright.
ОтветитьI just take absolutely all perks in Fo3/FoNv/Fo4 solved :-)
Fo4 i start Level 300 with 350 ..in each Special Attributes i then take all perks with infinite perk points then pick up all magazine's through console command...
No mysterious stranger love? That guy comes through in the clutch for me so much. I cheer when I see him. Goat perk 🐐
ОтветитьTbh, I never bothered with chem usage. I always sold them, or used them as weightless/low weight cap surrogates.
Scrapper can be great for packrat style players like me, who try and pick up everything they can that might be even somewhat useful. Scrapping weapons and armour for the materials can drastically reduce the amount of weight you're carrying, allowing you to pick up even more stuff while also keeping the materials to either be sold for caps, used for crafting mods or dropped off at a settlement.
Thanks.
ОтветитьWhere´s the power armor safe core energy perk?
ОтветитьThe best “Perk” in the game of Fallout 4 is the mod the “Cheat Room”
ОтветитьWhere's gun nut?
ОтветитьDamn, no Blitz?
ОтветитьGotta have locksmith n gun nut.
ОтветитьRatio
ОтветитьScrounger is better than Fortune Finder IMO. Because Ammo is weightless?? maybe not in survival... but otherwise ammo = caps. usually you use caps most of the time to buy ammo, but if you find ammo, you dont need to buy ammo, and you can also sell ammo sometimes for more than 1 cap per piece. :)
Ответитьlocksmith is very inportant eases quests
ОтветитьIf you scrap armor with a mod, you get that mod ?
ОтветитьI'm lvl 53 in my first survival playthrough. I don't have chemist and have not needed it.
ОтветитьOne of my favourites is Grim Reaper's Sprint. It has quite high requirement on Luck, but when fully upgraded the chance of filling action points after any kill is high and it may also fill the critical meter after a kill as well. A great choice if character build lacks in Agility.
