If I got the Mk1 last year, why should I upgrade?

I’ve had the current model for about nine months and I’m very happy with it. I’m not made of money, but if I thought this new model had features that made it a game changer, I’d buy it.
The changes are slightly more convenient, but there is nothing that makes it worth upgrading. I’m sticking with the one I’ve got.

I would always use the lowest speed, else the steel can get way to hot.

I don't know what's up with this company. I've messaged them directly, but they don't respond to emails. It's a real shame because I was looking forward to buying their product; I just had a few questions first.
