Obviously, the officer who was spit upon, lost his temper. No excuse for it but had she not spit on him,.that arrest goes incident free, besides her resisting arrest earlier.

There is absolutely no excuse for what he did and there is no excuse for vandalism, resisting arrest and spitting on the officer.

The officer was definitely in the wrong and I'm not defending his actions in any way but she was fighting, resisting arrest, screaming and spitting. Acting like a typical criminal on the street.

I'm sure a lot of people will disagree with me, but there are 3 positive takeaways from this unfortunate incident. 1. Although the arresting police officer over-exceeded the force necessary by x20, the female can still learn a valuable lesson about being a better human being and knowing there are sometimes consequences for her actions. 2. Through video evidence, we can get yet another bad cop off the street. Police Officers need to have thicker skins and a controlled temperament. 3. The backup Police Officer shows that not all cops are bad. We need more like him.

I admit that the female suspect should NOT have spit at the arresting officer but, when he assaulted her by flinging her onto the ground in front of one of the other officer, that's when he realized that he messed up big time.

When I saw him throw her out of the car I was like dang that is messed up. Then I watched the footage and saw her spit on him and I was like oh, makes sense now.
