ОтветитьI love cooking and I try to test the new recipe but my favorite food is Tahchin, it's a traditional food in Iran
first I should boil half of the breast chicken and after this, I cut it into small pieces and mix it with salt, pepper, and darchin and which frightens with oil
so I cooked regular rice
and finally, I put 2 cups of rice and stir this with egg and yogurt
I should choose a proper pan for the oven
in the totem of this, the mixed rice is put and in the middle of this, the fried chicken is located and at last the regular rice!
our food should be cooked in the oven for 45minute, its very look like cake!
I can garnish these nuts!
it's very usual in Iran that we eat nuts in the main meal

ОтветитьFirst of all, I want to thank you for this great and amazing video, it helped me a lot.
As a Peruvian person, I can tell you a lot of thing about cooking, and yes, we have simple and repetitive words for the same action when it comes to cooking. These terms or verbs are just awesome. Thanks again!!!
I only know to make an egg omelette, so....to make an egg omelette
Firstly, we will chop the onions as finely as possible. then we will dice the tomatoes and cut the green chilly into small pieces. After that we will break the eggs into a bowl. Then we will add onion, tomatoes and green chilly to the bowl. Also add Salt to taste. Blend the mixture until fairly smooth in the next step.
After this, pour one tea spoon of oil into a pan. Simmer the oil for 2-3 minutes and add the mixture. Fry the mixture until browned on both sides.
Finally, Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve. You can also add some salad on the side.
Happy Omelette.
Thanks you very much. I like cooking ,so I am interested in this lesson .

ОтветитьToday I am going to cook "Trofie", which is a small pasta, with "pesto alla genovese" (Genova Is a city located in the homonymous gulf). I bring water to boil, add salt and trofie and cook "al dente" for 10-12 Min. Then I use a strainer to remove the water. Finally I add the "pesto" wich Is a thick sauce made with "Basil, garlic, pine-seed, extra olive oil, salt and parmesan" which I put into a blender to puree the sauce. Garnish with basil leafs.
Buon appetito.
Thanks alot
Ответитьthanks for sharing sir, so interesting
I'll show you how to make a Moroccan salad (of course using some of the verbs from the lesson)
we need an onion, a tomato, green pepper, hot pepper, cucumber, and lettuce.
First, we peel the tomato, the cucumber, and the onion and then chop them as finely as possible. Second, after deseeding the green pepper, we cut it into strips and then dice the strips. after that, slice the lettuce into thin ribbons. When we've done with cutting vegetables, we bring a container and put the vegetables in it. we mix the ingredients together. before serving drizzle a small amount of olive oil and vinegar over the salad. It's also preferable to sprinkle a spoonful of cumin.
