Recently started meditating- this was the first time I experienced a purple orb dancing around not sure what that fully means .. but it felt like a great experience

The spirit I met was deceitful and mocked, I didn't feel safe in it's presence, so I left.

Very powerful… I cried all through going back and coming out it took at least 20 mins to breath through my nose ,I connected with my higher self with love 😊
