Pixel should really work on their video ie real time processing and also work on exposure consistency in switching from different lens snd also the fluidness in transition in switching lenses

Is there a way to stop the automated image processing after taking a photo? Most of the time it doesn't works well for faces. Cant find a way to turn it off, but hoping the new version has that option.

Swipe up for settings is odd. Has a wrong animation and no visual cues at all.
Swapping camera and gallery buttons makes no sense, better for lefties though.
The removal of Lens is an odd decision.
I would use the lower right corner space for a "custom shortcut" of your choosing and put a dedicated button for Lens myself.

Overall, a strange update.

Google designs and consistency have become worse after Material U. It peaked during Android 11 (which I loved Google for), and then I have started hating the designs and user-friendliness. There are unnecesary taps which adds to more work to do the same thing as before.

Does the pixel 4a (regular , not 5g) will not get any updates now ? (Android 14, monthly security patches ??)

Maybe it's just me, but I don't like this change at all. Yeah moving the night sight is a good thing. But other than that, it's looks like an unnecessary change like changing the position of album and camera switcher, swipe up from bottom for settings menu. And i also don't like the camera and video toggle at the bottom, making the view area move up.
Tbh, doesn't seems like it's an UI designed by Google.

Google seriously need to work on their portrait mode, it's just trash

Lens option was very handy for me
Especially translating texts from images.... that option is totally gone ??
