Watching these interventions and seeing the relapses makes me ever so grateful that when I begged and prayed to God almost 6 years ago for recovery that my prayers were answered, worked hard at my recovery and been blessed with Sobriety and Clean living every day since and for today. I’ll pray tomorrow if I wake up that I can live another day in Recovery.

I under no circumstances think grandpa was wrong. But for some reason it affected me when he went for his grandson. My parents use to go for me like that and I was beaten up for the most trivial things. Nothing as bad as what Zach did. But things like when I hurt myself as a child, where my sister fell off her bike, where I was attacked by a swarm of wasps, even doing good things. I was beaten up. Amongst hundreds of other instances. It just brought back so many bad memories.

If Zach wasnt the grandson, the grandpa would absolutely reset the clockwork in him!

He has a good grandfather. He should have called the cops on him. It is a tough lesson to be learnt. Both are bad as parents.

I’ve done some very dirty things to satisfy my in-n-out addiction.

I did this to my grandpa. Sold his pistol and broke his heart more ways then I can say. He was so upset. I can proudly say before he passed away he got to see me clean and my daughter had the honor to meet him. If only I didn’t waist those years hurting him and the ones I love and love me
