Most camera have the ability to do this. Because you can just use a power bank. But who cares. You look goofy with a camcorder. They don't have interchangeable lenses and very limited zoom. The actual image quality while alright given how old they are, is still no were near as good as a modern mirrorless or DSLR. And the rest of the features they have are no were near as good. You might get one for cheaper but realistically they won't preform any better then your phone so dont even bother.
