Only thing us being parents and siblings is to take matter in our own hands and nip the evil in the bud means To stop something immediately so that it. does not become a worse problem. عام طور پر میرا ہر معاملے میں نظریہ معتدل ہوتا ہے، جذباتی نہیں۔ مگر اس سانحہ اور اس مظاہرے کے اراکین اور سب سے بڑھ کر مرحوم شہید کے لواحقین کا صبر اور مروّت دیکھ کر میں یہ بات کہنے پر مجبور ہوں کے لعنت اُس حرامزادے قاتل کے نطفے پر، لعنت اُس جسم کی ناپاکی پر جس نے ایسے شیطان کو پیدا کیا، لعنت اُس نیچ اقدار کے خاندان اور آبا و اجداد پر جنہوں نے اپنی اولاد میں خوف خدا نہیں ڈالا۔
ہاں اگر اُس ملزم کے باپ کی ویڈیو آتی کہ اس واقعے کے فوراً بعد اُس نے اپنے قاتل بھگوڑے بیٹے کو بیلٹ سے مار مار کر لہو لہان کر دیا ہو اور ماں نے اسکا گریبان پھاڑ دیا ہو تو شاید مجھ جیسا انسان بھی اُسکے لیے نرمی سوچتا۔ مگر اتنے فرشتہ صفت بچے اور ایسے بڑے دل والے اعلیٰ اقدار کے حامل خاندان کی مروّت دیکھ کر میرے اندر بھی قاتل خاندان کے لیے شدید نفرت اور اشتعال پیدا ہو گیا ہے۔ اُس نیچ خاندان کو پتہ ہونا چاہیے کہ شہید بچے کے ماں باپ قتل کے وقت اللّٰہ کے مہمان تھے، شہید بچہ اللّٰہ کو سجدہ کر کے نکلا تھا، شہید کی ماں دیگر بچوں کو اللّٰہ کا کلام فی سبیل اللہ پڑھاتی ہیں۔۔۔ارے جانوروں سے نیچ گرے ہوئے حیوانوں، تم وہ لوگ جو جن کا حشر دیکھنے سے ہمارا دل تک دہل جائیگا۔ صرف کچھ وقت کی بات ہے۔ انشاء اللہ یہی گھٹیا تربیت والی اولاد اسی دنیا میں تمہارے گریبان تک پہنچے گی اور تمہاری ناک زمین پر رگڑوا کر خون کے آنسو رلائیگی۔ یہ ایک ایسے پرائے انسان کی بد دعا ہے جو حرام کے گڑھ میں بیٹھ کر صرف رزق حلال کماتا ہے اور دشمنی میں گھرے ہونے کے باوجود صرف اللّٰہ سے ڈرا رہتا ہے۔ یہ بد دعا قاتل خاندان کے اُن تمام افراد کے لیے ہے جنہوں نے جانتے بوجھتے حق کی خلاف باطل کی حمایت کی۔ حالانکہ میرا شہید کے خاندان سے نه تعلق ہے نہ جان پہچان، مگر دل میں خود یہ جذبات پیدا ہوئے اور مجھ جیسے ایک معتدل انسان تک کو قاتل کی نامردی پر اتنا شدید اشتعال آ گیا کہ میں پہلا پرایا شخص ہوں گا جو اللّٰہ رب العزّت کو اس معاملے کا انصاف کرنا یاد دلائیگا، جب کے اللّٰہ رب العزت کو کچھ یاد دلانا اُسکے جلال ابھارنے کے مترادف ہوگا۔
میری خواہش ہے بلکہ میرا حسد اس شہید کے لواحقین سے ہے، کہ اللّٰہ نے ایسا ظرف، ایسا صبر، ایسا ایمان، ایسے اعمال مجھ میں کیوں نہیں ڈالے جیسے ان لوگوں میں ہیں۔ کوئی شک نہیں کے شہید ہم سے کہیں زیادہ خوش قسمت رہا کہ گناہ بھری زندگی اور دنیا میں زیادہ وقت نہ رہا اور چند گناہ اور بےشمار دعائیں اپنے ساتھ لے گیا جو ہر مرحلے پر اُسکا ساتھ دینگی ۔ ورنہ موت تو سب کو آنی ہے مگر شہید کا زاد راہ ہم سے کہیں بہتر ہے۔
قاتل کا وقوع سے فرار ہونا اور پھر مزید قانون سے فرار ہونے کے باوجود ضمانت ہونا یا تو اس عدالت کی کمزوری یا مدّعی کے وکیل کی نااہلی ظاہر کرتا ہے۔ ورنہ بھگوڑے کی ضمانت قبول کرنا خود معزز عدالت پر سوالیہ نشان بن سکتا ہے۔ قانون کی جس شعبے کی بھی کمزوری ہو، انکو صرف ایک بات کا لحاظ رکھنا چاہیے کہ ضمانت کے باوجود لواحقین کو قانون پر بھروسہ ہے۔ کسی بھی شرم۔ حیاوالے کے لیے اتنی بات کافی ہے۔
