Jason Myers: Private Workout 3/15/21

1. Any thoughts on Myers not leaning forward to start with on his approach? I've noticed that Myers is standing almost straight up and down before he takes his first step toward the ball. Some coaches believe a forward lean shaves off a few milliseconds.

2. Thoughts on bringing your leg swing across your body? I noticed Jason Hanson and Ryan Longwell did this for years and were pretty efficient with this technique but almost every kicking coach has been against this technique.
