I honestly have been using CFPB complaints form...got 1 stubborn chargeoff account off and waiting on another 1...i just keep filing with the same proof...no matter what it falls off this year!

I attest that this is TRUE because both Capital One and Synchrony Bank called me to make sure I wrote the letters that I sent to them. Capital One corrected my acct, working on Synchrony.😡

I agree about credit repairs, yes that is true, however you don't need an affidavit. You could just write to the 3 credit bureaus, stating all the main points and get whatever you need removed. That's what I did.🤷🏿‍♂️

So why did I just received a postcard from Experian exposing the dispute that I submitted on the opposite side of the postcard for EVERYONE to see. In addition, they addressed it to me with my full name. How is this legal wow ?

You don't dispute with the "credit bareau. Send it to the source!

I have sent documentation several different times to Experian regarding Verizon to have them remove that collection, because they sent me to collections over a mistake they made stating i was late 30 days and i have autopay, and i sent them form after form and disputed it several times now and they still refuse to remove it. You know if you were late on you cell bill they would just cut your service but that never happened and I have several accounts and have NEVER been late with any of them, they are all green except Verizon and they refuse to remove it after i have spoken with several cs reps. I still have an ongoing dispute. Im not letting it go because it brought down my score. I have opened 7 disputes now within the last 7 months😑im shocked because all of my open and closed accounts have never been late or missed to date for several years now, it’s perfect what do I do?

Im pissed. Experian and Transunion both sent me a letter requesting confirmation. Could not speak to anyone at Experian and Trans. Kept saying inquiries cant be disputed only deleted (make it make sense cause im disputing to get it removed lol) and that the company had to deleted…. What now?
