I recently seeked help for this, Addictional therapy even tried group-therapy cause my therapist told me 'If you really wanna recover from something you'll do anything to get rid of it even if that means getting out of your comfortzone' and so i did. All tho i found out group-therapy is just not for me i was proud i did something i imaged i would've never done. The first 2 weeks are a constant itch to grab your D but once you find out what triggers you to grab your D and fap it becomes easier to handle (the urge will still be there tho)

For anyone who suffers from P-addiction, it ruined my love life & 2 relationships that had potential of becoming a marriage maybe (i'm 31 in case people wanna know)

My strategy is yelling “f&$k p#%&” out loud to tell my brain no. I do this every night and my brain thinks we shouldn’t do it.

I realized that you need to stop focusing on the “no fap” trend and just strive to improve your life everyday. And a part of that is realizing porn is bad and working hard to cut it out of your life. It won’t happen overnight but this is the right mindset that will help you get there

Ive gone 2 weeks many times and the longest ive gone is 60 days. For me it gets more and more difficult each day until my will to live breaks and i start over.
