It’s actually the second time we seem to be “connected” by the content you’ve posted recently.

This one kinda spoke to me directly as apparently I just had an episode of Panic attack, so definitely needed some grounding and stability on my emotions and mind. I’ve never been so scared as during this episode. It was awful.

Any chance you’d create a content focused on panic attack or any other similar incidents? I understand it’s not your role to provide medical care, but the soothing, empathetic and protective environment you build is very calming, which helps a lot.
