Ответить'67 Honda "305" Scrambler starts and runs and the left cylinder cuts out after about 30 seconds. I'll give this a try.

Found my problem thanks to your video.
I had a joiner between the coil and condenser which ended up having loads of resistance. So it would discharge fine at the joiner area, but wouldn’t discharge at the coil end.
