I clutch dump my 08 impreza and it goes BOOF.
Ответитьgarbage transmission, why?? we are so advance in technology and still use this trash transmissions. dual clutch or even a normal automatic transmission.. and why paddle shifters?? THERE"S NO GEARS!!
ОтветитьI saw one on the road and had to squint to realize it't not a refresh. Very conservative re-design.
ОтветитьI do appreciate me a good, flexible, compact, hatchback. And subaru does manage to give the car a bit of sportiness, so there's that too.
ОтветитьGreat looking car but I think I am drawn to the Crosstrek for all the safety features which one will obviously pay more for!!
ОтветитьNO SPARE WHEEL, NO DEAL.
ОтветитьLove this car. Got it in “ice silver metallic” and added the cross bars. It’s great.
Ответитьno manual :'(
ОтветитьI recently upgraded to the 2024 RS from a 2015 Impreza Sport and I am loving it thus far. I wish it was a little bit quicker but, I guess you could argue I should have gone for the WRX if I wanted better performance.
I am going to be really upset if Subaru releases a Wagon WRX based on the Lavorg
Wow. As big as a Civic hatch. As powerful as the Civics 1.5T. Plus AWD and cost less. Could this be the Honda killer.
I got a 22 Civic sport touring. Had this been available, IDK. I passed on the Corolla, too small. Passed on the Mazda 3. Poor visibility (wife could not see out of back) . At the time the Impreza did not have the 2.5. it was too slow. I wish they would synchronize release dates.
For all people who whining not to have a manual transmission . The real reason why Subaru dropping the manual transmission is because
Subaru has a goal of zero fatal accidents by 2030, and they need every model in the lineup to be equipped with EyeSight safety technology. EyeSight is not offered on any Subaru model with a manual gearbox because it's incompatible with the safety system.
I'd only get the 2.0 if I was also looking at the Fit, which I am not. 2.5 all the way. I'd think the RS should have the turbo though.
ОтветитьNice. I'm an Outback guy, but can see myself downsize to this instead of Crosstek. Be cool if the could EV it.
ОтветитьThank you very much My wife just purchased one yesterday just waiting you'll be like a month before it be here from the factory maybe to the most they said
ОтветитьIt is a beauty, and I love your comments! I would like to see the white one! It’s not here yet. I love the AWD, AMD I would get used to the Automatic.
ОтветитьGreat review guys!! Thanks for the info. I went and sat in one of these yesterday in Des Moines, Iowa and they are very nice. I am 6'2" and I fit in the driver seat comfortably. My only concern was the cameras on the windshield. I felt like they took up too much space on the windshield and I am not sure I like how much they obstructed my view.
ОтветитьAre the three models base, sport and Rs made in Japan ?
ОтветитьI will the get base 2.0 sInce its will be used as a commuter car. Save the extra saving for the next car in the future.
ОтветитьI’m just wondering how the gas mileage is. I’ve heard city MPG can be pretty bad, in part due to the AWD.
ОтветитьI believe the Impreza is a real good choice for its class...and, with the safety of AWD, a can't miss hit in it's class. The only car I would probably choose over the Subaru is the Civic--then again the price differential makes decision making difficult if you're pinching pennies.
Ответитьit reminds me alot of the older BMW hatchback wagon but in a good way. Very nice.
ОтветитьI'd buy the Civic. The civic doesn't have AWD but it has hybrid. The new Prius has AWD and hybrid. That's two better options. Both these two choices have more HP.
ОтветитьLeaning more towards mazda 3 HB because more sporty/luxury and no cvt.
ОтветитьLet's pray this is coming to EU
ОтветитьI cannot wait to get the new Impreza. Had one in '04 and drove it until it couldn't anymore. Swapped it for a Fiat 500 that lasted almost as long and have now been in a weird place leasing Hyundai and cannot wait to get out of them, especially since they got rid of any car I would actually like to own. The hatchback is becoming rare, but it fits my driving and lifestyle so well.
ОтветитьIt looks great
ОтветитьCVT? No thank you.
ОтветитьI am going to buy subaru but not sure about new or old one... may be new one now
ОтветитьSubaru has made so many confusing choices with their cars lately and I can’t even be bothered. It’s honestly driving me away from them cause their NA services available are garbage. Don’t get me wrong I love my 18 Impreza but I find myself looking to the past and not the future for these cars.
ОтветитьCvt 💩
ОтветитьIs a heated steering wheel available on the RS? Part of the appeal of this car is AWD for winters, like Wisconsin. So AWD and heated steering wheel go hand in hand.
ОтветитьThe Impreza RS is a great looking car and would be a home run if it offered a manual transmission. I like the fact that there is no turbo either. Unfortunately the CVT makes it a non-starter for me.
ОтветитьI'd get the 2.5L "IF" they had it in "Manual transmission".....😢
ОтветитьWhy couldn't they make a wrx look like that RS!?!
Ответитьi'd choose a mazda3 instead
Ответитьno cvt. no thank you.
ОтветитьNo manual, no thank you!
ОтветитьI have a Impreza premium with the 2.0. Next car will be the RS with a 2.5.
ОтветитьUnder 250 hp, low torque, and a CVT, no manual option, no thanks
ОтветитьBeen waiting for a faster impreza in a while so this should be the generation for me to get one but first I have to look for money to pay 😂
ОтветитьI wrote it off due to the CVT but after research I am going to give it a test drive.
ОтветитьThis is going to sound crazy, but I’m more interested in comparing the RS trim to the new Prius.
ОтветитьWant - SE in silver. Great package!
ОтветитьThis needs to come in WRX/STI form.
ОтветитьLooks so much better without the plastic finders !!
ОтветитьGreat Report!
ОтветитьSo for 2k I can get another wrx? Overpriced?
Ответить….Better served by the WRX except subaru only sells the WRX as a sedan. Loved the old hatch version of the WRX but they claimed North Americans didn’t buy hatchbacks. So now, a decade later, there’s this. Call it a step in the right direction but still a work in progress. All wheel drive makes this a great choice in some regions but otherwise I think the other cars mentioned as competition would be preferred by most drivers.
ОтветитьDefinitely mazda 3 got the better look😅😅 all day.. infront anyway 😅😅
