ОтветитьI actually modified the workout to be completely high impact and a tad bit faster because I wanted to challenge myself and I'm surprised to say I made it the whole way through! I feel so proud of how far I've come, considering I used to shy away from ANY sort of physical activity out of not just shame but lack of confidence and gluttony 😅 would you believe me if I said I used to be able to eat a whole tray of oreos for breakfast and 2 full bowls of cereal for lunch, then top it off with a heafty meal of jumbalaya and icecream for dinner? I can hardly believe it myself and it hasn't been that long...

Ответитьi have a question here with regard to this exercise. People say simple brisk walking is best for knee joints since these kind of exercises will bring knee pain in old age. Is it so ?

ОтветитьExactly what I needed. I have herniated disc in my waist and neck problem. Those intensive workouts with jumping Jack's and numerous squats changing fast from standing position to lie down are killing me and I struggled to find cardio. But this was top notch.

I understand that you guys make money off the ads but please remove them from during the activities, at least put it on the rest time. It really interrupts the flow of the workout when it is mid exercise!!

Beautiful, Brilliant, Motivating to do daily, Heart warming, every cell happier & full sweaty exercises which I love doing it just standing…What a brilliance from TBP ! ❤ 30 minutes just fly away ! It’s fun !

ОтветитьThis workout is deceiving bc its low impact... it's intense! He's telling the truth and so are the people in the comments. But, it's still achievable bc it's an encouraging workout that you can make adjustments on. For instance, my belly button is healing rn. So, on a couple of the moves I couldn't bring my knee as high or crunch my abs as hard. But it's all about doing your best and choosing your hard. ❤ Thanks for posting.
ОтветитьI cannot stress enough how AMAZING this workout is!!! It is really intense and your vibe makes ALL the difference. I have an injury on my left knee so can only do low impact moves. I was searching for videos yesterday, found yours, LOVED your energy and decided to give it a try. I honestly thought I wouldnt be able to finish it but I DID 🎉 YESSSSS, I finished it all without stopping. I had a big smile on my face the entire time. Loved it!!!
