I don't think Loba is over powered. She can't pick up her weapon while teleporting, and you can see the blue trail when she teleports. Also the Ultimate only picks up loot around it.

Edit: You also can't reverse your teleport, so if you didn't mean to teleport, you can't undo it. ⚰️

At the time I'm writing this Loba has a bug - the bracelet doesn't always work. You throw it and doesn't let you teleport, it just comes back to you. I died a few times because of that.
