ОтветитьI'm not thrilled with how I performed on this one but I am actively sick so I took it down to body weight and gave myself permission to shorten times. I couldn't wind down for the night without one of Caroline's workouts!

ОтветитьDay 23 done! 🎉 I thought that I'm dying. 😅 Toughest movements to me were: banded hip trusts and single leg bridge and hamstring bridge. My left glute is much weaker than the right one. Thanks Caroline for the great workout! ❤

ОтветитьGlutes and Hamstrings workout, what a tough one, this one left me feeling pumped. I used a 30kg Kettlebell, band and 2x17kg dumbells. Added Sumo leg from Weekly Pullse with a 30kg Kettlebell. What a great combo today, I am definitely going to feel this afterwards. 🦵🦵👊

ОтветитьLove all the workouts, except for this one. Too many hip thrust in a row and not enough variations for me. I truly enjoy when you mix up the workouts, so would like more of those ! Overall the series is fantastic!
