I heard this song at work on the radio and was pretty sure It was Alan Parsons so looked up the video and glad I did, Hard boiled detective gets the girl. Pretty much every book I read since I was 18.

Videos back then were remarkable. They taught people how you're suppose behave with the opposite sex. Videos don't do that anymore.

Profoundly spiritually uplifting song, pretty sure it's about finding God. Sad that Alan , PJ and the gang aren't touring this year. I'd fly to whatever city they are at.

I was a kid in the 70's and a teenager in the 80's. Fantastic music. I doubt you will ever hear songs now with a killer sax solo or a guitar solo for that matter.

Somehow, since high school, I blended this song and video in my memories with a Nik Kershaw song. But after watching a video about how big "Eye in the Sky" was (as an album and hit song), I found myself thinking about the songs that came after and ran across this song again. Initially it wasn't familiar but then shattered my fragmented memory and I remember sitting in my living room on weekend nights watching the television series "Night Tracks" on WTBS as a high school junior in my very remote northern Arizona town and seeing that amazingly well done video. Good song and memories.
