Is there a way to get rid of that extra step before you can enter your pin? I have to tap the screen or push power, hold the lock icon for a second, then I can enter my pin, it has an extra step my other phones don't have. I guess if the fingerprint sensor worked well it would be ideal as is but it doesn't work half the time which turns unlocking the phone into a battle

Don't understand why you didn't lock your phone and showed the unlock screen with pin and password

Don't suppose you know how to unlock it if it doesn't recognise your correct pin

Do you know how to get the pin code off apps
