The scene of deadpool when he said “did those guys hurt you” was one of my he biggest moments that made deadpool my favorite hero doing something that a real hero never would.

I like how he subtlety pieces everything together, from the slow long look at the guy he called secret sex lips, Russel’s reaction to the pity dick thing meaning he could’ve been sexually assaulted, the “caretakers” urgency of getting russel back, and russel rather going to prison than returning. After Deadpool saw the marks it all clicked

It's extremely annoying that they decided to cast this doughy chonk as firefist when there were plenty of other options out there. I would have even been on board with them making firefist a black girl with red hair over casting this kid. Obesity doesn't need to be rewarded or highlighted.
