I don't understand why when Thawne returns to the past he necessarily tries to attack Barry when Wally was almost always there and in episode 6×14 Wally resumes his journey and in the episode after Thawne reappears . They should have kept Wally to help Barry defeat Thawne, we all know Wally had huge potential and he could afford a big fight like Barry did.

So when savitar was in the team he would have gone a little dark because of lost love which made others to stop him from doing that which he didn't take easily.
