ОтветитьDoing this today (3 years after you posted it) and the sweat is real. I'm going through your 10min workouts so luckily in a few days I'll be changing to the 20min ones. Great for me as I live in an apartment and have a little baby in the other room ♡

ОтветитьI'm just starting out with cardio with the goal to lose weight and I had to take some of the exercises a bit slower so I don't confuse the steps 😂
But I'll get there!

ОтветитьWould love to see some cardio videos that don't go on the ground! Transitioning to the mountain climbers and plank variations from standing is tough for me. Love your workouts!

ОтветитьI cant do anything relating to a lunge. My knees are too bad for this. I also do have any balance so the one leg kicks are extremely difficult for me.

ОтветитьFirst time I did this workout, I paused the video multiple times for additional breaks because my heart would beat like crazy and I would sit and wait for my heart rate to lower in between exercises. Not to mention, I almost passed out in the shower after the workout that first day, very understandable since it was my first hardcore workout for the first time in about 6 years. 1-2 weeks later, I don't pause the video at all and do every single exercise till the end of the video. Today I decided to push myself and replay the video from the beginning and only managed the first 2 exercises. That's my limit so far. My goal is to be able to replay the whole entire video twice and turn it into a 20 minute workout.
Update: I'm writing 2 days after I wrote the original post above. I used a 20 pound dumbbell today when doing the squats and lunges. I played the video twice back to back, still did not take additional breaks in the first video and also finished the second video but with a few additional breaks. Cannot believe how far I've come and how much my stamina has improved in such a short amount of time!!!
It was a wonderful workout. Got my cardio up for sure!
