We've been using this on Riding On Eggshells and it works great.
ОтветитьI can see it for group rides especially. Quite frankly all your other vids have been first rate. Oh happy new year!
ОтветитьLook like something i would like to try for my videos. Thanks for the review 👍🏻
ОтветитьMy two loves, 360 cameras and ridding... together, the new insta camera comes out on January 7th by the way!
Ответитьawesome Barry!! keep it up!
Ответитьwhat about compared to the gopro max?
Ответитьhey mate Where do you guys ride?
ОтветитьWhipping it out and extending the pole whilst riding is sketchy..
ОтветитьI'm confused is it a drone following you??
ОтветитьDefinitely looks like a fun camera to use!
ОтветитьSome of the zoomed out shots makes me a bit woozy.
ОтветитьBuenas tomas se hacen con esa cámara
ОтветитьThanks for that. I keep hearing good things about this unit. Did you run into any problems importing the clips into your editing software?
ОтветитьWow! Those shots are amazing compared to your normal mediocre footage! :)
ОтветитьGreat summary
ОтветитьHoly shit let’s address how far you’ve come with color correction! Does the 1x have a flat or pro setting or is post production color editing done to whatever it gives you as an image. I wish I had time for that shit cause it looks amazing compared to your earlier videos.
ОтветитьMaybe try cutting a hole in the sticky tape over the mic and then stick a peice of foam or a mouse to the other side of the tape?
ОтветитьWhere/how did you mount the camera on your helmet?
ОтветитьWhat the fff......BoOoOopPp...
ОтветитьGreat review Barry! I agree with you on the drones. I had considered one, but given the cost/learning curve and how much of that kind of footage is really usable for this niche. The insta 360 one X seems like a great option for some unique prospectives. What I'm more interested in is the new 3D technology specifically if it can ad real depth perception and finally give us the ability to show the steepness of a hill!
ОтветитьI havnt even mastered my gopro2 yet and i bought it when they 1st came out, thats probably the downside to not having kids.
ОтветитьHave you checked out the selfie drone? I hear that it's supposed to be super easy to use.
ОтветитьI have drones and to film your riding through the woods would be a nightmare. Plus battery life is poor . This camera seems to do it well enough. 👍🏻 . Easy to control etc . Good job as usual. Hope you get those bloody fires out soon .
ОтветитьI think we need to have you do a video on whipping it out and extending the pole. Sounds highly technical to me and worthy of some cross training. A later video can include some of the weird experimenting that you eluded to.
ОтветитьAmazing!
I'm saving my money now.
I'm looking forward to your full review, soon I hope.
Sound - put a section of double sided tape over the mike location and cut out the inner section over the mike. Then stick a small square of foam to the double sided tape. Works brilliantly on my gopro session
ОтветитьThe main competitor would be the new Gopro Max which is supposed to be much better then the fusion. Let us know if you get your hands on one. Great vids as always
ОтветитьWell now... my 2020 XTrainer should be here from the factory in a week or two. I don't know if I can afford this new camera too. But my birthday is right around the corner. I better get the idea planted in my wife's head soon! 😁 Great video on this. Thanks!
Update: I literally just (after posting my comment) received the email that my bike has been shipped! Woot woot!
Gave me seasickness it did..
ОтветитьThat's some trippy footage, I had to get the rocking chair out, crank some Inagodadavida baby and watch the walls melt! LOL Great job as usual Barry, looking forward to more vids/clips with the 360
Ответитьwith the wind noise, maybe try some foam or fluffy material over the mic holes
ОтветитьBrilliant hint as usual - Best wishes for 2020! Looking forward for the 'water proof' protection case...that would be a blast! And by the way, just started to follow your 'Insta'. carlosdias_60 [humble rider ;-)]
ОтветитьIt is a cracking camera, The GoPro Max is the Fusion's replacement, it is a load easier to use and is waterproof, def a contender if looking to buy a 360 camera too! :-)
ОтветитьWatching the footage makes me feel sick, anyone else feel this?
ОтветитьWow, absolutely incredible....-TigerTanker.... most dangerous rider on the internet....
ОтветитьNice so now you can see yourself falling on youre ass from all angles 🤣👍
ОтветитьIt looks great, but since I'm too lazy to even stop to whip out a camera, I guess I'll give it a pass and just watch your footage :) .
Ответитьif i want it for extreme dirtbike enduro riding- do u suggest using the insta360 one x with the venture case ? or should i use the Insta360 one r with the lens protector covers?
i need good stabilisation, camera that is durable... i liked the tracking option for the insta one R, and also the waterproof.
Thanx for the review. This one alone has me sold !! Love all of your vids !!
ОтветитьDo reviews on both so that we can guarantee you ain't sponsored, Barry 😂😂😂
ОтветитьEnjoyed this ... think I'll be getting one for my fair weather adventure rides ... any decent cases/protection available for these yet?
ОтветитьWARNING: the lenses scratch very easily! One lens got deep scratches just from lightly touching the ground. The repair quote for a scratched lens? US$95 but I need to pay shipping both ways (too expensive for me, I just stopped using the camera). To date, Insta360 still have not made protective covers and the aftermarket ones are expensive. It's probably best to buy the waterproof casing although this will make for terrible audio. If lightly scratched, buff the lens with no.3 then a no.4 pad, then cloth and compound for a final buff.
ОтветитьAwesome footage! Your drone like view, was it taken with the cam mounted on your helmet? Or was the cam on the selfie stick and the selfie stick in your backpack? If its in the backpack, how did you secure the selfie stick may i ask?
