ОтветитьThis is the first-ever workout video that has brought me to tears. My leg gave out during the second round of high knees and I couldn't help but cry over how weak my body became during my most recent depressive episode. I guess it just means that I'll have to keep revisiting this video until I'm stronger. This warm-up is very helpful and eye-opening lol.

ОтветитьBeen following your workouts for about a week or so and the first time i did this it absolutely killed me. Only my second time using this exact warmup and I got through it with only just starting to sweat. Keep at it guys!! It rly does get easier
