Why Disney World kinda SUCKS

So, them changing Ariel absolutely ruined The Little Mermaid for me. And she was my favorite princess for my entire life.

The live action movie I could handle. But then they came out with merchandise, books, and even a TV show for the new Ariel and I can't deal with it.

And before anyone calls me racist, I have no problem with a black mermaid or black princess. In fact, half my family is black. I actually think it would have been awesome if they came out with a mermaid who was Ariel's best friend and the movie was about her, because then my cousins' daughters could have their own black mermaid princess who wasn't previously white to look up to.

I don't like when an established character is changed. They've completely changed Ariel and it's ruined her for me.

Oh, in the Attack on Titan live action movie, I hated that they changed Armin to a brunette. He's a blonde. They could have dyed the actor's hair. Same with other different haired characters in that movie.

If you do a live action movie for an established character, you should match the actor to that character. Period.

Hopefully, nobody gives me hate for this. I was literally raised in a mixed race family. I also don't blame anyone for the new Ariel. I just feel like since Disney is getting rid of the old Ariel, then I should let her go, too. Besides, I'm 27. I don't need to be a fan of a princess anymore. Especially when I'm more into Pokémon.

Because money. It’s a visceral engaging experience that’s great for kids. One of my favorite vacations actually when my mom took us to Disney box and discovery cove in Orlando. But hot damn 🌪️💸. It’s not everything but it’s priced in a way that sure makes it feel that way lol

another point I would like to add is there new shit about Disability passes, It used to be that people with a disability or like autism and people with crowd issues could get it for free by just like signing up and there you go. It wasn't technically a fast pass though because you'd get in line for a ride through the app and you'd have to wait the amount of time that the app indicated the regular line would take. You would just get to wait "in line" at like a shop nearby and then you'd go in through the lighting lane to get on the ride after you waited the proper time. But guess what? now you have to get an appointment to prove that you have a disability, which would make sense except there still turning people down for it with people who have very real very big issues. Heck my mom's friend who has a legit diagnosis didn't get approved for it. And I hear there going to be charging a shit ton of money for it later, which is literally just profiting off of people with disabilities.

The worst people for me are the parents that take a baby to Disney, that kids not gonna remember anything and can ride only 2 rides

I recommend silver dollar city in Missouri!! As someone that’s been to the Disney world parks several times, silver dollar city was pretty comparable with theming and had plenty of fun rides, the area was spectacularly wooded and felt like you were deep in nature plus, their summer after 5pm special was around $35 dollars and it was enough time to do most of the rides!!

I went to disney recently only because I heard that they're closing my favorite ride, so I really just went to Animal Kingdom for one day just to go to dinoland and pretty much that was it. Honestly, it was actually not too bad of an experience, because most of dinoland is stuck in the 90s, both when it comes to the aesthetics and all of the business stuff, which means that it was actually not so bad financially. Outside of the terrible fastpass lane which is universal, it's a relic of the time, like How everyone complains about how every restaurant at Disney is either one where you need a reservation ahead of time or it's a stand up restaurant where you don't have any place to sit after you get your food, but restaurantasaurus is just a restaurant where you get a meal for like fifteen dollars, which is pretty standard for fast food, and you sit down, and all of the merchandise I wanted on dinosaur was actually relatively affordable, because it was just a bunch of carnotaurus stuff, which nobody outside of me gives a shit about. Really sad that this really unique and cheap area is closing for boring tat like Encanto so it'll be like the rest of the park, sanitized and expensive, but I guess that's another reason why I'll never go to Disney ever again.

nah, the reason Disney sucks is the woke propaganda and the rainbow crowd. I had a year pass 3 years running and didn't renew after I was told I couldn't wear my stitch shirt wear he is all geared up with an AR15 but rainbow people can openly make out in front of kids. wow.
